1、 Unreasonable tripping caused by leakage.
Due to the particularity of the LED screen installation site, such as our common wiring errors, line damage, switch box leakage protector damage, electrical appliances did not go through the switch box and many other reasons. These are inevitable maloperation and refusal to operate, in addition, the leakage protector is not protected according to the power consumption, so the general leakage protector frequently trips.
2、 There is no secondary and tertiary leakage protection within the protection range of LED large screen
Many people may not know that the final leakage protector in the switch box is the main protection of the electrical equipment. If the final leakage protector is not installed, or is improperly selected, or is damaged due to careless use after installation, frequent tripping may occur. Because there are many metal conductors and wire connectors in the full-color display screen, if the wire insulation is not good, it will lead to frequent leakage. Some LED display manufacturers have also added sockets to form an effective secondary or tertiary leakage protection mode within each protection range, so as to effectively reduce the frequent tripping of the leakage protector.
3、 Leakage protector itself has certain limitations
Current leakage protectors, whether electromagnetic or electronic, use magnetic induction voltage transformers to pick up the leakage current in the main circuit of electrical equipment. It is impossible to arrange three-phase or three-phase four wire in the magnetic ring in a fully balanced manner. The three-phase power load of the LED electronic display screen cannot be fully balanced. Under high current and high voltage, a certain electromotive force will be induced in the magnetic ring with high permeability. If the electromotive force exceeds a certain degree, the leakage protector will trip frequently.
In fact, the leakage protector of LED screen has an uncertain area between the rated leakage action current and the rated leakage inaction current. When the leakage current of the leakage protector fluctuates in this area, it is likely to cause the leakage protector to trip irregularly.
